Jennifer & Stephen – Few More Weeks To Go //Maternity Session

I think one of the best assets we have in our repertoire is the ability to adapt to our surroundings and know what to shoot.  For weddings and engagement sessions … we always plan out all the locations…but with lifestyle sessions we must work with what we get.  For Jennifer & Stephen’s maternity photo session…they wanted to use their condo… and man oh man…what a gorgeous space it was.   It was my first time meeting the couple... and I think the first thing that came out of my mouth aside from congrats… was how awesome their condo is.  I felt like a prospective buyer… as the place was so nice… and the décor was perfect.   OK… main attraction… Jennifer and Stephen are such great people.  They where awesome throughout this session and I enjoyed just hanging out.  Here are just a handful of images from our session.  Big thank you to you both… Gi and I can’t wait to meet your little one for the newborn session  =)

G+J+ Little Man V // Family Lifestyle Session

This little dude is so cute. Heck… this whole family is gorgeous.   The awesome part is, I met both G and J when she was pregnant with little V for a wedding that we were in together.  Fast forward almost a year later and G contacted me for a family lifestyle shoot.  I know I say this all the time, but really… I had a blast with this session.  I love the fact that little V’s parents were so enthusiastic about this session. Little V was awesome in front of the camera… like zero warm up time.   As always, I’ll let the pics visually story tell our session.  To G&J, it was great hanging with you guys again and thank you for the session… too cute man… here are just a few pics =)

Awesome little celebration // Baby A Baptism

The coolest part about my job is reuniting with past couples – may it be through the next stage in their lives or at a wedding usually referred to by the couple.    In this case, I got a chance to capture Cristina and George again but this time… they were not the main attraction.  They were acting as the godparents of the guest of honour, Baby A.   We started at the gorgeous Church that for little Baby A to receive the sacred sacrament with his parents G&T.    After the ceremony, the celebration continued at the Grand Baccus Banquet Hall with their closest friends and family.  What a celebration it was!…live band, great food and tons of dancing.  I want to thank G & T for having me document this very special occasion for their son.  Congrats to my friends Cristina and George for being chosen as godparents… definitely a perfect role for them.   As always, here are just a few to visually story tell this day.

C+T+ Little A // Winter’s Family Lifestyle Session

I’m going to say the exact same thing here as I said to Gi the first time we met  Little A  “this little dude has the BEST hair!!”   If I could ever grow my hair… I want this little dude ‘s hair… love it!

Gi and I had a great time capturing this family.. super easy breezy… although little A was full of energy and tracking the little guy with our cameras  was a task =)

Like I mentioned in my last post… it is a rarity to have snow this year and given the fact that it was snowing at our session… I was totally stoked their family was willing to jump outside for a bit… after all… we are in Canada eh =)

Big Thank you to C+T + little A… you guys are awesome!  Here are just a few to story tell our session… let me know when you get the rest of the pics in the mail =)

P.S your son has the best hair eveeeer =)

A+T+ Family / New Born – Winter Family Lifestyle Session

This family session had every combination that I love when doing these photoshoots.  First off… our session was in the winter.  The fact that we had snow on the ground was awesome, especially since this year the snow in Toronto was weak sauce (good and bad thing).   With a new addition to their family, Baby E was probably 5 weeks old at the time.  We combined a newborn and family session which are two types of sessions that I love.  After spending the first 10 minutes chatting with A… I knew right off the bat that him and his family were great people.  We also realized the many mutual friends we had aside from Sara who had gifted this session (thanks Sara, you’re the best!)

Baby E was so cooperative for this session and it was awesome that A and his kids were willing to head outside for some pics in the snow… sorry for the suggestion of the snow ball ambush brother =)  I guess, as the snow decreases every year in Toronto.  the good thing is that you guys will have some pics to reflect back one day and say “remember that cold white stuff we use to play with in the winter time…”

As always, sincere thanks A+T & family.  Also, thanks to Sara for gifting this session and always keeping us in mind.  Here are just a few pics to visually story tell our session.

Happy Monday everyone!
