Before I even met Jacqueline and Darshi in person, I knew they are good people. Last year when I was heading downtown for the initial meet, I remember getting a call from Jacqueline asking if I wanted food… as her and Darshi where grabbing some take out. I know it’s a simple gesture… but it shows how really kindhearted these people are.
To the shoot. This was the first shoot to kick off our 2011 wedding season and it was good times. Gi went downtown earlier in the day scouting out all the locations for the session and she found some wicked spots. As we all know the Toronto weather has been super wonky and unpredictable but it held out for that day, except the night ending with a little snow and bitter chills…oh and a rock concert…but it was all fun times with no complaints.
Before we let the pics do the talking, we really want to extend our sincere thanks to Lili Mancini, the owner of Cinquecentro Trattoria Restaurant located in Liberty Village as she saw us outside shooting and offered her beautiful restaurant to warm up and to get a few shots – again… kind hearted people. I hope you got the cakes I sent your way.
Last but not least, thank you to both Jacqueline and Darshi for this opportunity – you guys are jokes….good times and great memories! – we’re stoked about your upcoming wedding. Hope you enjoy some of the pics.
Thanks,
Leon & Gi
